David Weeks talks to CRN about N-able's latest partner initiatives
N-able, a prominent player in the remote monitoring and management space, recently sponsored XChange UK 2025, highlighting its ongoing commitment to supporting MSPs across the UK.
In a video interview with CRN, David Weeks, VP of partner experience at N-able, shared key insights on the company's efforts to help its partners grow and navigate evolving challenges in the IT services market.
“We’re focused on understanding where partners are struggling, whether it’s in training, business growth, or technical capabilities,” Weeks explained.
He highlighted how feedback from partners shapes N-able’s strategy, including product development and resource allocation, aiming to accelerate MSPs’ growth in a competitive market. “There’s a lot of optimism, but people want to accelerate their growth,” he added.
Security, a critical concern for MSPs, is also a top priority for N-able. Weeks discussed how the company has significantly expanded its security offerings, from antivirus solutions to advanced MDR/XDR services through the acquisition of Ad Lumen. “We’re bringing best-of-breed tools to the marketplace, along with training to ensure MSPs can protect their customers and themselves,” he said.
AI also emerged as a key topic, with Weeks recognizing its potential in driving efficiency and revenue for MSPs. “The opportunity is to productize AI and turn it into a line item of service,” he noted.
