Paul Bryce, CXO at Node4, is to leave the company after 21 years in various leadership roles.

With previous channel experience working at organisations such as ISC Networks, Dacoll, and Kingston Communications, he joined Node4 in 2004 as CCO.

He assumed this role for over 17 years before becoming MD of the organisation in 2021.

In May 2024, amid other executive appointments, he became CXO.

He announced his departure in a LinkedIn post.

“Goodbye, Node4.

“We grew the business from three people to 1,100, from no customers to over 1,800, from one location in Derby to having presence across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, and from having sold nothing to annual sales of £200m.

“The hardest thing about leaving Node4 is saying goodbye to so many great people who worked for us or with us along the way.

“Alongside the growth story, there was also a story of change - constantly trying to adapt to make things better.

“Change isn't always easy, and we all have to navigate both good and challenging times and all the highs and lows that come with it.

“There have been so many good times and I am so thankful to everyone I got to enjoy it with.

“I want to wish Node4 and all the great people who are still part of it the very best as your journey goes on.

“So, what’s next for me? Time for a break I think.

“And after that I am not quite sure yet, but what I do know is that there many exciting possibilities!”

This announcement comes as the MSP has made many changes to its leadership team throughout the last 12 months.

In May 2024, alongside Bryce’s appointment as CXO, Hannah Birch became group managing director.

In June, Chris Woodhouse was named chairman of the board.

In December, founder and CEO Andy Gilbert became president and board member of the company, being replaced by Richard Moseley as the head of the company.

Just a month ago, the firm appointed Phil Alton as director of Node4 Channel.
