Prianto and EfficientEther partner to roll out new AI assistant across the channel
This partnership will aim to expand the vendor’s reach into new channel markets
Prianto Distribution UK&I has teamed up with AI-powered cloud optimisation vendor EfficientEther to empower MSPs and end users with new AI solutions.
The partnership will aim to leverage Prianto's distribution network in an effort to empower MSPs and end customers with AI troubleshooting, automation, compliance, and robust data protection capabilities.
Prianto will now be able to distribute EtherAssist, EfficientEther’s AI IT assistant, to partners across the UK and Ireland.
EtherAssist enables IT teams to develop custom tools using its built-in intelligence and knowledge base, integrating with APIs and PowerShell to extend functionality and tailor automation workflows.
EtherAssist aims to accelerate problem resolution, enhance the efficiency of managed services and IT departments, reduce downtime, and free up valuable resources.
"Partnering with EfficientEther Ltd represents a significant step forward in our mission to deliver innovative, high-value software solutions to the UK market," said Jordan Travers, MD at Prianto UK.
"Integrating EtherAssist into our portfolio empowers IT teams - whether through managed services or in-house departments - to diagnose and resolve issues with unprecedented speed.
“It also enables them to create custom automation tools via API and PowerShell, ensuring greater operational efficiency, enhanced security, and improved data protection across IT environments."
Ryan Mangan, CEO of EfficientEther, added: "This partnership with Prianto UK expands our reach into new channel markets and reinforces our commitment to providing AI-driven IT solutions.
“EtherAssist not only offers rapid, tailored troubleshooting and automation but also ensures that organisations can confidently secure their critical information, driving a competitive advantage in managing increasingly complex IT infrastructures."
This marks Prianto’s second partnership since the distributor was acquired by QBS Software in January.
Earlier this month, Prianto announced its collaboration with preventative endpoint isolation protection SentryBay.
In July 2024, the firm also partnered with German-based monitoring solutions provider Paessler to distribute its products across the UK and Ireland.
