Hexnode has added QBS Software to its distribution roster to offer its endpoint management services in EMEA.

US-based Hexnode is a provider of unified endpoint management (UEM), offering businesses the ability to centrally manage and secure their devices.

The company aims to provide UEM solutions to tackle the managerial challenges faced by organisations when growing their number of devices and operating systems while also trying to comply with security standards.

Hexnode’s UEM solution will aim to enable businesses to centrally control endpoints, enforce security policies, and protect data.

“We recognise how critical secure endpoint management is for businesses,” said Marcus Denner, MD of QBS Software Europe.

“With Hexnode, we have found the right partner, offering a powerful and proven UEM solution to businesses.”

The UEM provider declared it views this collaboration as “a key step in expanding its presence in the EMEA region.”

Tim Bell, VP sales EMEA and APAC at Hexnode, added: “QBS Software brings a strong reseller network and deep market expertise.

“Through this partnership, we can make our solutions even more accessible and provide businesses across the region with a reliable UEM platform.”

Hexnode will now have access to QBS’ broad portfolio across EMEA.

The Middlesex-based company drastically boosted its presence in Europe and Africa with the acquisition of Prianto in late January.

Through this investment, QBS obtained 12 of Prianto’s businesses.

The merger also allowed the distie to generate reoccurring revenues nearing $600m (£463.2m), according to Dave Stevinson, the company’s CEO.

The organisation has been focused on strengthening its presence across the region in the last few years, with the acquisitions of Titus and Maxtec in South Africa, KSoft Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (KSKFT) in Hungary, InfoNet in Turkey, Zedsphere and AlphaGen in the UK, Compuwave in Germany, UAB Laknova in Lithuania, and Siener Informatique in France.
