London-based MSP Six Degrees has chosen Mike Drolet as its new COO, and Tony Healy as its new CITO to help the company build on its strategic pillars.

The two new leaders will aim to help the firm reach the 12 to 14 per cent organic growth it targets this year.

Mike Drolet

Drolet brings an extensive list of leadership experience in technology, professional services, and consulting industries.

Throughout his career, he has held senior technology leadership roles at solution providers and vendors including Blackbaud, Wipro and Poontoon Solutions.

Before joining Six Degrees, he was president as outsourcing and technology consulting firm JMDSquared, which he joined in 2022.

“I look forward to working with the extremely talented teams at Six Degrees to drive new innovation and deliver cutting-edge services and value to those we serve,” said Drolet.

Tony Healy

Healy, who brings nearly three decades of experience, started as a first line helpdesk engineer at BT in 1996.

After departing from the telecoms firm, he occupied different IT leadership positions at organisation such as Stagecoach Bus, HomeServe, Punch Pubs & Co, Prometheam, and Accelerated Enrollment Solutions.

In 2015, he took on the role of UK IT director at family-owned holding company Wall Family Enterprise.

He was promoted to global CIO and CISO two years later.

Between 2018 and 2024, he held different CIO, CITO, and CISO roles at organisations such as Mobica, Ticketer, Sapphire, CyberCrowd, and CES Power.

Healy first joined Six Degrees in September 2024 as fractional cybersecurity and technology advisory.

He was promoted to interim information and technology officer in February 2025.

“My focus will be on aligning our technology, cyber security, and product strategies with our broader business goals – delivering successful product launches, improving customer satisfaction, and ultimately driving organic growth,” explained Healy.

“I’m particularly passionate about harnessing the potential of data and AI to drive innovation and value for Six Degrees and our customers, and I look forward to shaping agile, high-performing teams that are ready to meet the future head-on.”

Commenting of the new nominations, Vince DeLuca, CEO of Six Degrees, added:

“Their appointments will help us to achieve key strategic pillars including delivering for our customers now and in the future; reaching new markets; and elevating our service portfolio.

“With their combined experience in transformation, innovation, and delivery, I believe we now have the right leadership team in place to realise our vision to be the most trusted and innovative managed services partner, empowering our clients’ success.”

New hires, one vision

The new execs arrive shortly after CRO Jeremy Suddards, who joined in March.

CEO DeLuca also joined from Sapphire less than a year ago.

The reshuffled C-suite will aim to develop the five tech pillars on which the company wants to focus.

In an interview with CRN last month, DeLuca referred to the pillars as being communications and connectivity, cybersecurity, cloud, modern work, and AI.
