Sophos today marks a new chapter in its ownership of Secureworks with the unveiling of a new and improved partner programme that unifies both vendors’ partner ecosystems into a single, streamlined platform.

The refreshed partner track, still named the Sophos Partner Program, is designed to bring together the skills of both Sophos and Secureworks, following the acquisition earlier this year.

The new launch allows partners to develop programs and services that align with their business models and go-to-market strategies – whether they are a managed services provider, reseller, cyber insurance partner, systems integrator or another partner

By combining the two firms’ rosters, partners will now have access to an all-in-one program, allowing them to sell both Sophos and Secureworks Tageis solutions, providing them access to a comprehensive cybersecurity portfolio - including endpoint, network, email, cloud security, XDR/MDR capabilities and more.

With updated tiering structures and incentives through a new Titanium tier with rewards and bolstered technical support, and an enhanced Silver tier, partners can select the program that best suits them.

At the same time, channel orgs will have access to flexible learning paths with new badges and onboarding tracks, so they can continue to build expertise and help customers identify partners skilled in the areas they need.

“The Sophos Partner Program provides a flexible and profitable path to growth by offering flexible engagement models where partners can choose how they work with Sophos, with the program designed to evolve alongside their business,” Chris Bell, SVP global channel at Sophos tells CRN.

“Profitability is built-in through competitive margins, flexible billing models, deal registration, renewal protection, and incentives to help partners drive sustainable, long-term revenue.

“The program also improves ease of doing business by providing self-serve tools, sales and marketing resources, and dedicated support to help partners maximize their results. Furthermore, a flexible certification model is introduced with a new points-based system, allowing partners to choose the learning path that best aligns with their goals, specialties, or go-to-market strategy.”
