The Sustainability in Tech Awards launch TODAY!
CRN’s SiT Awards are back with a nod to social impact, and even more choice for environmentally conscious channel firms
Now in their third year, the Sustainability in Tech Awards were launched to celebrate the incredible initiatives and achievements we are seeing in the channel when it comes to pursuing Net Zero goals.
The planet is heating up, and now more than ever before, we need to take a collective stand to reduce emissions, reverse global warming, and do what we can to reverse the damage decades of industrialisation has done to the earth. After all, there is no planet B.
Sadly, global efforts may have taken a backseat in some countries due to political situations, but elsewhere the work being done to drive a circular economy is breathtaking. In the UK, we are committed to being Net Zero by 2050, and many channel firms are working hard to push the green agenda.
This year CRN has undertaken extensive research to get feedback to ensure the awards are relevant and reflective of the work that is being done.
Categories cover companies, teams and individuals who are going over and above to ensure they deliver on carbon offsetting and CSR goals, and as a result, incredible partnerships are forming to keep the innovation coming.
We have two new categories aimed at firms that are offering a particular green product or service to the channel as well this year, so the spotlight can be firmly on the technology or service itself and how it is benefitting partners and their customers.
Take a look at the categories for the 2026 Sustainability in Tech Awards here.
This year, CRN has also included awards to honour the amazing charity and local community work that many channel firms are undertaking with our brand new ‘Social Impact Award’, and also two of the individual awards Rising Star and Unsung Hero both cover sustainability and CSR, which often go hand-in-hand.
The Awards will be presented on the afternoon of Wednesday 11 February after the CRN Sustainability in Tech Summit. This year the Summit and the Awards will be held at a brand-new, exciting location – The National Gallery, St James, London.
Thanks go to the Sustainability in Tech Advisory Board who also helped to shape the categories this year, and advance thanks to the independent judging panel who will be eagerly awaiting to read the entries.
Please do have a read through the criteria before starting your entry – they have been specially created to help you shape a winning entry.
The deadline for entry is Friday 22 November – The very best of luck!
