The Channel Recruiter and Nebula join forces to launch channel resourcing solution
The collaboration will aim to address the talent pool drought impacting the channel
The Channel Recruiter and Nebula Global Services have collaborated to launch Tech Talent on Tap, a global resourcing solution tailored for the technology channel.
This strategic partnership will aim to deliver a results-driven approach to technical talent acquisition, to provide VARs, MSPs, GSIs, and channel firms with on-demand access to world-class technical professionals.
Between mergers, change in work models, and the rise of new technologies such as agentic AI, the new RaaS service, which is both vendor and technology agnostic, is designed to meet the evolving needs of the channel and support organisations in scaling rapidly and driving performance.
“As the IT channel grows and evolves, we at The Channel Recruiter wanted to make sure we evolve with it. We are super excited that Nebula Global Services have agreed to partner with us and launch ‘Tech Talent on Tap’,” said Zoe Chatley, founder and CEO of The Channel Recruiter.
“Our joint global resource-as-a-service offers the IT channel a service like no other, offering quick, on-demand technical resource and people solutions”
Ross Teague, founder and CEO of Nebula, added: “As pioneers in our respective domains, this strategic alliance sets a bold new benchmark for the global technology channel.
“Together, we’re launching Tech Talent on Tap, a game-changing resourcing solution engineered to empower VARs, MSPs, GSIs, and channel firms with instant access to elite technical talent across the globe.”
According to a LinkedIn post from Chatley, Tech Talent on Tap is the first of three new service offerings The Channel Recruiter will be launching.
Under the new brand, the company has simultaneously launched FLEXdeploy, which intends to give VARs, MSPs, vendors, distributors, and SIs instant access to pre-vetted, global tech contractors.
This partnership comes as the IT channel is experiencing a draft in recruitment, with a 6.6 per cent year-on-year decline in the number of graduates entering the information and communications industry last year.
Several IT leaders, such as Samuel Dagogo, commercial director at STECHAD LTD, have also raised the alarm regarding this issue.
“Without people who can think critically, we risk getting stuck; AI can provide solutions, but we still need human input to push those solutions further and adapt them for real-world use,” he said during The Channel Company’s XChange UK.
