CRN is delighted to announce our 2025 Women & Diversity in Channel Awards winners.

Last night, we celebrated with our finalists and winners at an exclusive awards ceremony at The Brewery, London, hosted by critically acclaimed comedian Jen Brister.

Over the past three decades, the channel has made extraordinary progress in elevating women’s representation and visibility at every level.

What began as a small but determined effort to spotlight women in an often male-dominated industry has grown into a powerful movement for systemic change.

We’ve seen women rise from entry-level roles to boardrooms, take the helm of partner programmes, lead global business units, launch their own companies, and shape the cultural and commercial priorities of the industry itself.

But as much as we celebrate the progress of the past 30 years, we also recognise that true inclusion requires a broader lens.

The channel needs to reflect the full range of human experience: people of colour, LGBTQ+ professionals, disabled and neurodivergent colleagues, those from different socioeconomic and educational backgrounds, and anyone whose identity has been historically marginalised or overlooked.

Congratulations to our 2025 winners: you are not only shaping a stronger, more representative channel; you are redefining what success looks like in our industry.
