XChange UK 2026: Jo Hamilton unpacks the Post Office scandal

Join CRN for the return of the UK’s premier channel conference for partners on 10-11 March in the West Midlands

CRN is excited to announce Jo Hamilton as our closing keynote at XChange UK 2026, taking place at The Belfry, Sutton Coldfield near Birmingham on 10-11 March.

Hamilton was one of more than 700 Royal Mail sub-postmasters wrongfully prosecuted between 2000 and 2014, in relation to the Horizon scandal.

Her conviction, ultimately quashed in 2021, is a testament to her unwavering courage and the relentless pursuit of truth.

A modern David vs Goliath story, her journey reminds us of the importance of unity in the face of adversity, and the necessity for justice to keep up with the ever-evolving IT and tech industries, in order to assure everyone’s security and integrity as we move forward.

Her session will not only shed light on her personal ordeal but will also explore the broader implications of the scandal, as highlighted in the recent ITV drama, Mr Bates vs The Post Office.

XChange UK has become a staple in  CRN’s  events calendar and is a hit with attendees year after year.

Katie Sloan, marketing director at CloudClevr and XChange advisory board member told CRN “XChange UK is one of the most valuable events in the IT channel calendar.

“The blend of strategic insights, peer-to-peer networking, and access to emerging technology trends creates real impact — not just for ideas, but for action.

“It’s a rare chance to step out of the day-to-day, hear what’s truly shaping our industry, and make connections that drive meaningful growth.

“Whether you're an MSP, a solution provider, or a vendor, this is where forward-thinking conversations and partnerships begin.”

Join us at XChange UK in March and be part of a community shaping the future of the channel.
