Irish MSP Auxilion ramps up advisory services with €1.5m investment
The move forms part of a wider €10m strategy to scale digital capabilities
Irish MSP Auxilion has announced a €1.5m (£1.3m) investment to expand its advisory services practice to address the rising demand for governance, risk and compliance (GRC) expertise.
The move comes as increasing regulatory complexity drives interest in cloud-based and automated GRC solutions among Irish organisations.
Auxilion expects the investment to generate £4.3m in additional customer revenue in 2026, supported by an expanded digital services portfolio.
The advisory practice will focus on areas including digital readiness, strategic project portfolio management, GRC as well as IT service operations and resilience.
To support the expansion, the company plans to grow its associates model, with 12 new hires expected by the end of 2027.
Over the past 12 months, Auxilion has already recruited more than 30 employees across its commercial, leadership and digital teams.
The practice will be led by Eleanor Dempsey, who was appointed director of advisory services in February.
The investment forms part of Auxilion’s three-year strategy, launched in January last year, which includes a broader €10m (£8.6m) commitment to enhance its AI offering and other areas such as modern workplace, process modernisation, data management, and automation.
“Investing in our advisory practice reflects our commitment to helping clients achieve digital readiness while effectively managing risk and compliance,” said Eleanor Dempsey, director of advisory services.
“By delivering proactive, targeted and continuous risk management solutions, we enable businesses to confidently navigate their digital journeys, unlock new opportunities and drive sustainable growth.”
Patrick Jordan, CEO of Auxilion, added: “Digital transformation is not just about adopting new technologies; it requires a foundation of strong governance, effective risk management, and embedded compliance.
“For Auxilion, this investment positions us to meet growing market demand while supporting our customers with the capabilities to build digital readiness while unlocking new opportunities for innovation and growth.”
The expansion follows recent leadership changes made since the start of the new year.
In addition to Dempsey in February, the firm named Deirdre Roche head of commercial operations and business performance last week.
