The distie’s momentum was partly driven by the Interworks buyout

Climb Global Solutions shared rising figures for Q2, fuelled by its M&A activity as well as contributions from new and existing vendors.

Gross billings soared 17 per cent from $500.6m to $587.3m (£438.9m).

Within the metric, distribution gross billings jumped 18 per cent to $562.9m, while the solutions segment increased four per cent to $24.4m.

The global IT distributor said the top line increase reflected double-digit organic growth from new and existing vendors, alongside contributions from its acquisition of interworks.cloud (Interworks) in February.

The Greek value-added cloud distributor, which serves customers across Malta, Cyprus, Bulgaria and wider Europe in addition to its home market, was bought for an aggregate purchase price of about €8m.

Gross profit also rose 15 per cent from $26.3m to $30.2m, driven by organic momentum across vendors in North America and Europe.

Adjusted EBITDA remained broadly flat at $11.3m, compared with $11.4m the year prior.

Net sales increased nine per cent to $174.2m during Q2 2026, compared with $159.3m the year prior.

“We executed on our core initiatives in the second quarter as we generated strong, double-digit organic growth with our top 20 vendors, benefitted from our acquisition of interworks.cloud and bolstered our line card with innovative vendors,” said CEO Dale Foster.

“A key differentiator of our model is our highly selective approach to building the line card.

“Rather than pursuing scale for its own sake, we focus on strengthening our current partnerships and identifying emerging technologies that provide a unique value proposition for our reseller network and their end customers.”

Moving forward, the organisation said Europe remains a key focus as it expects to drive organic growth across its vendor portfolio, selectively expand its line card and scale its global platform.

Climb is targeting more than double its FY25 adjusted EBITDA by 2030.

In an interview with CRN in December, Foster said the company had “a lot of momentum going into 2026,” propelled by US vendors scaling their coverage with Climb.

Two months ago, the distie also announced its entry into South Africa with a twofold rollout.
