CloudClevr acquires Flow AI from SCC
The buyout adds around £8m in revenue and 90 employees
Warwickshire-based MSP CloudClevr has purchased Flow Automated Intelligence (Flow AI) from SCC, marking its return to the M&A market.
The acquisition adds approximately £8m in revenue and around 90 employees to the Rigby Technology Investments-backed MSP.
Flow AI has more than 20 years of experience across document services, business process automation and information management, serving both public and private sector customers across the UK.
The business will reportedly form the foundation of CloudClevr’s new Digital Transformation Practice, becoming the fourth specialist practice within the group.
It will focus on AI and automation services and data services, alongside CloudClevr’s offering across IT, security, communications, collaboration, customer contact, connectivity and mobility.
The MSP said AI will also be deployed across its wider business rather than operating as a standalone technology proposition, with a focus on practical use cases across automation and data.
Flow AI will initially continue to operate as a separate legal entity, retaining its existing brand, leadership and customer relationships while the companies begin a phased integration.
“When we completed our integration programme earlier this year, we were clear that the next stage for CloudClevr was about scale, both organically and through targeted acquisitions that strengthen our proposition,” said Steve Harris, CEO of CloudClevr.
“Automation, data and AI will play an increasingly important role in how organisations operate, and this acquisition gives CloudClevr another important capability as we continue to build and scale the business.”
CloudClevr's M&A history and ambitions
The deal marks the next phase of CloudClevr’s acquisition strategy after the MSP completed the integration of four businesses in April.
CloudClevr was established in 2023 and has since brought NGC Networks, 4Sight Communications, Bamboo Technology Group and Twisted Fish IT together under a single organisation.
Following the integration, the firm announced plans to return to the M&A market and target businesses that could complement its existing portfolio and support its evolution.
In November, CloudClevr also secured a new long-term funding agreement with NatWest, providing additional flexibility to pursue both organic growth initiatives and future acquisitions.
