Storit, the holding company of CMS Distribution, has shared rising figures for the year ended 31 December despite what it described as a “challenging” market environment.

Top line rose 4.2 per cent year-on-year to £595m, compared with £570.75m the year prior.

EBITDA leapt 29.8 per cent to £23.9m, while gross profit increased nine per cent to £68.6m.

The group said the results were driven by tighter operational execution, supply chain streamlining and “fair, disciplined pricing” across the business.

During the year, the company also completed the systems integration of its US operations, which it said was already generating both cost and revenue benefits while strengthening its North American position.

It also rebranded of its Nordic subsidiary, Newgen Distribution, to CMS Distribution AB in September.

The business further expanded its technology portfolio with the purchase of a majority stake in P.T.E. Ltd.

CMS currently works with more than 100 technology vendors and over 5,500 resellers and retailers globally.

It also employs 550 people across 14 locations in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, China, and the US.

“Our 2025 performance highlights the underlying strength of our strategy and the resilience of our business,” said Frank Salmon, founder and CEO of Storit.

“In a fluctuating market, we have delivered solid growth across both revenue and profit while keeping a sharp focus on what matters most: execution, efficiency and the service we provide.”

The group added that it continued investing in internal systems, process technology and staff throughout the year as it looked to support future growth and partner demand.

Moving forward, Storit said it expects continued profitable growth despite ongoing macroeconomic uncertainty, supported by what it described as a highly efficient operating model, strong liquidity and its vendor portfolio.

The results follow a year marked my multiple new and expanded vendor partnerships.

Over the past 12 months, CMS signed agreements with organisations such as Trust Electronics, Legrand, Tucano, HKC, Qualstar Corporation, Malwarebytes, Lexar, Swissbit and Other World Computing (OWC).
