CRN unveils Women of the Channel EMEA 2026

CRN is proud to unveil the inaugural Women of the Channel EMEA list, recognising the outstanding women helping to shape the future of the IT channel across the region

Selected by the CRN editorial team, this list celebrates senior female leaders in the channel. From driving partner growth and leading strategic transformation to building stronger channel ecosystems and creating opportunities for others, the women featured here are making a lasting impact across the industry.

Women of the Channel EMEA 2026 marks an important milestone for CRN. Exceptional women have long played a vital role in the success of the channel across the region, and we would like to use our role to shine a spotlight on their influence.

The honourees represent every corner of the channel. Some lead large international businesses. Others have become key figures within their local markets.

This is not a ranking. Rather, it is a celebration of women whose leadership is being felt across the industry today. At a time when partners are navigating AI adoption, cybersecurity challenges, changing customer expectations and economic uncertainty, the individuals recognised here are helping organisations adapt, grow and innovate.

As EMEA Editorial Director, one of the privileges of my role is seeing first-hand the calibre of leadership that exists across the region. The women featured in this year's list are leading some of the channel's most important businesses, shaping strategy, driving growth and creating opportunities for others. Their influence reaches far beyond their own organisations and is helping define the future of the channel across EMEA.

It’s also clear how many are mentoring emerging talent, and communicating the message to young people entering our sector that there’s a place for them here to belong.

Congratulations to every woman featured in the inaugural Women of the Channel EMEA 2026 list. We are delighted to recognise your achievements.
