Logicalis Germany enters Polish market with NetworkedAssets buyout
The deal adds software development and automation capabilities as the provider continues its M&A drive
Logicalis Germany has purchased NetworkedAssets to boost its operations in Poland and address the increasing complexity of modern IT infrastructures.
The deal expands the UK-based Logicalis’ German arm capabilities in software development, observability and automation for infrastructure and network solutions.
It also includes the acquired firm’s Berlin office and adds an engineering base in Poland, where the majority of the branch’s workforce is located, giving Logicalis a presence in the Polish market.
Logicalis and NetworkedAssets have collaborated for several years prior to the acquisition.
The Polish company specialises in software and services for network automation, compliance and diagnostics.
Its platforms provide visibility into complex IT environments and automate network operations, supported by AI-enabled analytics.
“The integration of NetworkedAssets into the Logicalis Group is a logical next step to further deepen our collaboration,” said Stefan Hoeltken, MD of Logicalis Connected.
“By combining our network and cloud expertise with NetworkedAssets’ software, automation and diagnostics capabilities, we are able to support our customers even more quickly and efficiently in addressing their network and cloud challenges.”
Anna Matuszewska, CEO of NetworkedAssets, added: “With Logicalis, we have a partner at our side with whom we have been working successfully for years.
“Our shared understanding of innovative technologies and the broad solution portfolio form a promising foundation for a stronger market presence.”
The takeover marks the group’s second deal this year.
Last month, it bought out US-based cybersecurity and IT solutions firm Maple Woods Enterprises to bolster its managed services capabilities.
It also comes shortly after CEO Bob Bailkoski told CRN that the organisation was engaged in M&A discussions across various regions.
“We're always talking to interesting businesses for us, and those are across all of our geographies,” said Bailkoski.
“We’ve got quite a strong pipeline of M&A going forward.”
This acquisitive drive follows a period of organic growth for Logicalis.
In H1 FY25, it reported GII of $1.04bn (£776m) in H1 FY26, up 11.4 per cent from $931m the year before, fuelled by growth in its annuity services and product businesses.
