QBS Software has added Futurex to its European portfolio to provide partners with further enterprise cryptographic security capabilities.

The distie will make Futurex’s technology available to its network of resellers and MSPs.

QBS operates across various European countries including the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Turkey, Switzerland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Sweden.

The partnership will give partners access to hardware security modules, centralised key management, public key infrastructure, certificate lifecycle management, code signing, data protection and payment security tools.

Futurex’s portfolio can be deployed on premises, in private and public clouds or across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

As part of the agreement, QBS partners will gain access to Futurex platforms including CryptoHub and VirtuCrypt.

CryptoHub consolidates cryptographic services and key management across distributed environments, while VirtuCrypt provides cloud-based cryptographic infrastructure.

The vendor said the platforms are designed to help organisations reduce operational complexity, maintain control of cryptographic keys and apply consistent security policies across applications and infrastructure.

QBS' security portfolio

“Futurex strengthens our security portfolio with a comprehensive approach to enterprise cryptography,” said Jordan Travers, group head of security sales at QBS.

“Our partners can now support a wider range of customer requirements, from cloud HSM and key management to PKI and payment security.

“This partnership gives the channel a strong foundation for building trusted, scalable cryptographic services across Europe.”

The agreement is also aimed at giving resellers and MSPs new opportunities to build security services around cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation and regulatory requirements.

Futurex said its technology supports enterprise, government and financial services customers, with flexible deployment models and centralised administration.

Simon Marrion, director for channels, Europe at Futurex, added: “QBS Software combines deep regional expertise with an established network of security-focused partners.

“Together, we can help European organisations modernise cryptographic infrastructure while maintaining the control, resilience and compliance their environments require.”

Over the past 12 months, the distie has expanded its portfolio through a series of new partnerships with Orca Security, Coro, Ivanti, HiComply, Dropzone AI, Portnox, Cadity, Huntress, Superhuman, Baramundi, ShareGate, Rocket Software, Paessler, StorMagic, Checkmk and NinjaOne.

It has also reshaped its exec team with the appointment Stephanie Kayser as VP of Western Europe in March, Kerrie Steenkamp as COO in February and Tom Corrigan as CRO last August.
