TD SYNNEX Q4: Revenue up almost ten per cent as CEO Zammit notes ‘outstanding year’
2026 forecasts set up the distributor for another year of growth
TD SYNNEX today published lofty fiscal fourth quarter results with all regions flourishing.
Revenues grew 9.7 per cent year-on-year to $17.4bn for the quarter ended November 30, 2025.
This nearly double-digit growth was driven by success in the NYSE-listed group’s advanced solutions and endpoint solutions portfolios.
GAAP net income meanwhile climbed 27.5 per cent to $248m.
Regionally, the Americas earned the most for the California-HQ firm, with $9.5bn, representing a 2.9 per cent rise.
Europe also flexed its strength for the number four ranked distie in CRN’s UK distribution list, with revenues of $6.5bn, a year-on-year jump of 18.1 per cent.
However, APJ was the region which saw the largest periodic growth, with revenues soaring 24.7 per cent to $1.4bn, compared to $1.1bn the previous year.
TD SYNNEX CEO Patrick Zammit lauded the new records established by the distie.
“These results complete an outstanding year for our organisation in which we’ve substantially surpassed our initial medium-term targets provided at our Investor Day,” he said.
“We are well positioned for the year ahead, underpinned by our specialised business model, an unrivaled portfolio that is indexed toward higher-growing technologies and our continued focus on delivering best-in-class customer experiences. These strengths give us confidence in our ability to drive sustainable growth through time.”
After a successful fiscal 2025, TD SYNNEX remains upbeat for 2026.
Fiscal first quarter 2026 revenues are expected in the region of $15.1bn - $15.9bn, up from fiscal 2025’s $14.5bn.
Net income is predicted to fall between $166m - $206m, compared to its $167.5m from fiscal Q1 2025.
