We provide a comprehensive service that covers every aspect of the infrastructure, and every stage of the customer and product lifecycle, from the initial assessment of needs to the delivery, implementation, and support of complete solutions.

TD SYNNEX provides a comprehensive range of services for reseller partners. We take a customer-first approach and offer a personalised and tailored experience to all partners. In addition, we provide a set of online tools that make it easy for them to do business – to grow their sales, to make more profit, and to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction to their end-user customers.

We work with all the leading IT supplier brands and in all areas of the market and operate as a collection of specialist businesses, serving the needs of partners for PC systems and client devices; software and cloud solutions and services; print devices, office supplies, and peripherals; server systems, storage and networking infrastructure; cybersecurity solutions; and technologies such as AI. We also have business units that focus on components (Global Computing Components), audiovisual, collaboration and unified communications (TD SYNNEX Maverick), and design software (TD SYNNEX Datech).

Through these divisions we provide expert focus, enablement, and support that allows partners to develop and grow. As well as unrivalled stock holding, logistics and delivery, specialist services, including pre-sales configuration and testing, and flexible finance options, we fully support partners through programmes that enable them to become knowledgeable and accredited partners for key vendors and solutions.

We continually invest in enabling partners to learn about emerging technologies and address the opportunities that they bring. With our Practice Builder methodology, we provide comprehensive support for partners to develop capabilities in a specific discipline, such as cybersecurity, cloud services, and AI. We work with them to identify opportunities, build skills, and go to market.

With our Destination AI programme, we take partners – whatever their starting point – on their own journey of understanding and engagement with the technology, through four key stages – Awareness, Enablement, During the Sale, After the Sale. Other specific programmes and resources include the AI Game Plan, which provides a hands-on workshop framework aimed at turning opportunities into executable initiatives with a clear 90- day roadmap. The AI Factory provides a platform for the acceleration of development, deployment, and scaling of AI solutions, while our AI Lab provides a real-world proof-of-concept testing environment. The latter resource is housed within our Business Solutions Centre (BSC) in Bracknell, which acts as a hub for partner training, events, and customer demonstrations. This is just one example of the many investments TD SYNNEX makes to benefit its partners.

Similar programmes exist to advance partners on tailored journeys with cloud and cybersecurity, and we are always looking at what else we can do to support our partners and help them develop strategically and move their businesses forward.
