XChange EMEA: What do our attendees think?

Ahead of the return of our flagship conference on 22-23 June, CRN shares what our past attendees thought of the event

CRN’s XChange EMEA conference returns to The Netherlands on 22-23 June, where once again, we’ll bring together Europe’s most ambitious channel partners and vendors for two days of strategy, insight and meaningful connection.

This year’s event will dig into the forces transforming the channel, from AI and automation to customer success, cybersecurity and sustainable growth.

Attendees can expect fresh perspectives from leading analysts and technology executives, candid peer discussions across boardrooms, breaks as well as practical sessions and practical sessions designed to help you translate market change into commercial advantage.

Thinking of attending this year’s event? Here is what you can expect from the lens of our past attendees.

Peer-to-peer networking

XChange EMEA is the place where solution providers from across the region can come together to share new ideas and make new connections for their businesses.

The agenda has been designed to maximise networking opportunities: attendees can meet with their peers during networking breaks, lunch breaks and of course, our evening dinner on the beach (sunset not guaranteed!).

“XChange EMEA is an excellent venue for discovering new opportunities to expand your business portfolio, establishing new relationships and finding inspiration to become a more effective leader,” said Konrad Czarnecki, IT strategy and transformation advisor at Proxivia.

He noted that last year was his second time attending, and that it was “a valuable experience with incredible people.”

In addition, Piotr Mrowiec, IT manager at NetComplex, commented “XChange EMEA is a great opportunity to learn about trends in the IT market and network with professionals from Europe, giving you a broad perspective and an opportunity to get ahead of the competition in your home market.”

Boardroom appointments

At the heart of the event are our small, moderated boardroom sessions.

These operate like peer-based focus groups, bringing together decision makers facing similar challenges, supported by a small number of carefully selected technology providers.

These providers present within a moderated format designed for open, peer-led debate.

“They offer a unique chance not only to explore the latest in tech directly from the vendors but also to connect with them on a more personal level,” Aaron Hayes, head of marketing at Aabyss told CRN.

“You leave equipped with actionable ideas and strategies that can make a real impact on your business,” added Mike Barron, managing director at Synaxon.

Deep-dive sessions

Our production team have prepared a fascinating agenda designed to equip channel leaders with the tools and skills they need to propel their business to the next level.

Highlights from the upcoming event include a panel discussion on cybersecurity, sovereignty and trust in an uncertain world as well as our closing keynote Mohamedou Ould Slahi, an internationally acclaimed writer, speaker, and connector, known for his remarkable life story and his unique ability to build bridges between people, cultures, and perspectives.

Past attendee Laurene Hamilton, co-founder and managing director at Seeto commented: “The event featured informative sessions from top security vendors, keynotes on D&I, GenAI and other valuable topics, and ample networking opportunities.

“This experience not only broadened our knowledge but also reinforced our dedication to inclusion and allowed us to network and connect with some amazing people”.
