ADA Technology Services shines with 3-star rating
Sussex-based VAR is one of just nine firms globally to be awarded a top service desk accreditation
VAR ADA Technology Services has become one of just nine firms globally to achieve a 3-star Service Desk Institute (SDI) accreditation.
SDI is a professional body that recognises companies that demonstrate a commitment to providing enhanced IT service and support in-line with global best practice industry standards.
Other high-profile members inclue O2, Sodexo and Linklaters. The accolade means that ADA’s service desk team can now demonstrate it is able to increase customer service levels by documenting and evaluating processes and procedures more efficiently.
To achieve the 3-star rating, ADA had to undergo a rigorous six-month auditing programme which assessed its leadership, policy and strategy, people management, partnerships and resources, processes, people satisfaction, customer satisfaction, performance results and CSR.
Robert Sage (pictured right), head of support services at ADA, said: “ADA strives to ensure that our work is aligned to the goals of the clients we serve and that we enable our own people to be the best they can be.
“The SDI 3-star accreditation recognises this and demonstrates how ADA is a customer-led organisation. I am delighted to be part of only a handful of organisations throughout the world to have secured this high standard and proud to have a team that has worked tirelessly to achieve it,” he said.
Howard Kendall, SDI’s chairman and master auditor, said: “Maintaining exceptional service standards while going through a period of high growth is a difficult task, however, ADA has achieved this by demonstrating an unwavering commitment to its customers.
“There is no question that ADA has met with international service desk standards and a 3-star accreditation is testament to its ability to deliver world-class customer service levels and rewards its dedication to continual improvement.”
