Synaxon inks partnership with Hypertec

Organisation adds to partner ranks with latest signing

Dealer group Synaxon has swelled its distribution ranks by signing Hypertec.

As a result of the partnership, Synaxon members will get access to the VAD’s range of high-performance memory and system-specific storage offerings, along with a range of other products such as Hypertec’s media duplication units, ergonomic workstation equipment, laptop luggage, NAS and security products.

Chris Butterworth, head of purchasing at Synaxon UK, said: "This agreement adds further strength to our portfolio and gives our members more choice and value.

"Hypertec is one of the leading players in the memory market and, with many users now looking to save money by upgrading rather than purchasing new systems, there is plenty of opportunity to develop high-margin sales."

He added: "We’ll also be offering all the other storage product and accessories that are available from Hypertec through [online procurement system] EGIS, so the agreement is a significant extension to our portfolio that extends the choice available to our members and the value of our services to their business."
