ONI app makes Cisco SIP grade
Gold partner's contact centre application accepted onto vendor's ecosystem rebate scheme
Cisco Gold partner ONI has seen its newly developed UCCXFlex application accepted on the networking vendor's Solution Incentive Programme rebate scheme.
The app was created by Luton-based ONI's in-house development team. It integrates with Cisco's Unified Contact Centre Express product and aims to update firms' contact management strategy securely and swiftly. ONI claims it will enable businesses to respond more quickly to unforeseen changes in trading conditions.
Cisco has certified UCCXFlex onto the SIP scheme, meaning ONI will now be compensated for selling it.
Hugh Silberrad, business communications practice manager at ONI, said: "UCCXFlex is a quantum leap forward for our Cisco customers in handling the complexities of their contact strategy. It enables the creation of a business framework for dealing with the unexpected, which management can implement without delay, to enhance the customer experience and control costs."
