Overland adds management to aid turnaround strategy
Storage vendor appoints Martin Lynch to oversee new product launches
Overland Storage has expanded its management team as part of its ongoing efforts to return to profitability.
Over the past year, Overland's turnaround strategy has included the introduction of a number of new products and partner engagement initiatives.
The vendor has now appointed former 2Wire boss Martin Lynch as vice president of operations, who it expects to play a key role in getting the company finances back in the black.
Eric Kelly, chief executive of Overland, said: "Martin will be a great asset as we continue to pursue not only aggressive operating efficiencies, but as we develop a product roadmap that delivers continued value for our customers."
In his new role, Lynch will be responsible for overseeing the company's worldwide business operations, as well as introducing new products.
