Computacenter adds to German might
Services and infrastructure giant makes second acquisition in two weeks as it snaps up German VAR
Computacenter’s German subsidiary has opened its acquisition purse and snapped up Apple integrator HSD Consult.
The deal for an initial €4.9m (£4.3m) payment is subject to competition authority clearance.
A further €0.5m may be payable "depending on the level of acquired skills retained at the end of 2011".
In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, Computacenter said: “This acquisition will strengthen Computacenter’s position in the growing mobility integration solution market in Germany.”
The acquisition is Computacenter’s second in two weeks. Last week the UK arm of the company bought a £500,000 stake in Microsoft Gold partner ICS Solutions.
