Security Partnerships rises to the top
Reading-based VAR cements place as Check Point's quickest-growing partner
Security Partnerships has risen up Check Point's partner pecking order after topping its 2010 league table for sales growth and blade architecture upsell rates.
The VAR finished 2010 as the vendor's fastest-growing UK partner, with sales growth of 84 per cent.
It also had the highest upsell rate of any partner on Check Point's blade architecture last year, despite only holding Gold status with the vendor.
Managing director Darron Anley said: "A good portion of our growth is coming off the back of the work we are doing with Check Point. Its product set is really resonating with customers and we are getting lots of cross-sell and upsell opportunities. We will certainly push for Platinum."
Terry Greer-King, Check Point UK managing director, confirmed SecÂurity Partnerships was Check Point's largest UK Gold partner last year.
"It has demonstrated success in moving Check Point customers onto software blade architecture," he said.
"This is allowing it to enjoy additional revenue streams as it easily adds new software applications to customers' existing infrastructures."
