Fujitsu launches hunt for storage VARs

Vendor seeks partners to drive sales of new Eternus DX product range

Hardware giant Fujitsu is on the hunt for storage VARs to drive sales of its new S2 range of Eternus DX RAID products.

The vendor said the products are a good fit for VARs with a virtualisation background and experience selling to enterprise customers.

Sean Haffey, storage business manager at Fujitsu UK and Ireland, explained: "The Eternus DX S2 range has undeniable appeal to any medium and large-sized organisation looking to provide efficient and effective storage for virtualised environments or disaster recovery plans.

"These are hot topics for enterprises when it comes to storage and resellers can address the pain points of customers very directly with the range," added Haffey.

Resellers interested in marketing the S2 range must qualify as an Expert in Storage Infrastructure first under the terms of the Fujitsu Select channel programme.

"We are very excited about the prospects for this range in the second half of this year," he added. "By qualifying as a Select Expert in Storage Infrastructures, resellers can get onto the fast track to success in the storage market."
