Arrow ECS deepens Riverbed partnership
Distributor joins vendor's RASP scheme as it builds on existing four-year relationship
Arrow ECS has strengthened its relationship with Riverbed by joining the Authorised Support Partner Programme (RASP) in the UK.
As a member of the programme, Arrow ECS will be allowed to sell the entire Riverbed product portfolio, including WAN optimisation, network performance management and data protection offerings.
It will also be able to offer technical support for these solutions and build on its four-year relationship with the vendor.
Steve Pearce (pictured), managing director of Arrow ECS in the UK, said: "We are pleased to officially become a Riverbed Authorised Support Partner. We look forward to enhancing our service for resellers and further supporting their customer relationships through this programme."
Scott Downie, senior vice president of worldwide support at Riverbed, said: "Through RASP, our distributors and resellers benefit from being in positions to increase their bottom line, and our customers benefit by knowing they are working with the industry's most qualified Riverbed distributors and resellers to support their IT infrastructure.
"Scaling our support organisation to include services from our valued distributors and resellers allows Riverbed to focus on our core competencies," he added.
"Our priority is to enable enterprises to accomplish strategic IT initiatives, including IT consolidation, cloud computing and virtualisation, through our WAN-optimisation solutions."
