ONI continues recruitment drive to support growth

Ambitious Cisco partner claims it will exceed 50 per cent growth in FY11

Ambitious VAR ONI claims it is on course to post stellar sales growth in its full-year results next month and is looking to drive more sales recruitment.

The Luton-based Cisco Gold partner posted sales of £12.8m in its 2010 fiscal year. ONI claims its audited FY11 results, which are to be published next month, will display top-line expansion of 55 per cent.

The growth surge has been put down, in part, to a number of top contract wins, including deals with charity RNIB and Macquarie Bank. Kevin Kivlochan (pictured), director of ONI, claimed the past few years have seen his firm enjoy "significant growth within several key vertical markets".

"This has been achieved by working closely with our customers and partners to deliver innovative IT solutions that reduce operating cost, increase revenues and increase employee and customer satisfaction," he added.

"We believe in re-investing and recent evidence of this can be seen with the launch of our new Tier 3+ datacentre. This facility enables us to offer a range of highly secure cloud-based services and deliver the transformational solutions our customers require."

Head of sales Phil Cotterill added that the reseller wants "forward-thinking and committed" candidates to join his ever-expanding team.

"At the heart of our success is our people and this year we have created a number of exciting new positions across our sales team," he added.
