ProcessFlows adds Concept print partnership

Xerox subsidiary to include Nuance technology in its printers

Document management and automation vendor ProcessFlows and Xerox-owned reseller Concept Group have formed a print management partnership.

According to ProcessFlows, the deal is aimed at adding print management functionality to the Xerox multifunction devices sold by Scotland-based document management reseller Concept.

Franca Cognata, channel partner manager at ProcessFlows [pictured], said Concept Group was the "ideal partner" through which to offer the Equitrac print management – which comes from ProcessFlows' distribution deal with Nuance.

"Concept has a great reputation in the managed print industry. They have a very proactive sales team of 50, and 16 fully qualified Equitrac analysts able to carry out print audits to identify where savings can be made, printing can be streamlined, and efficiencies can be improved," said Cognata.

"Controlling the flow of electronic documents and print, and the consumable costs of printing, can be challenging if you are not able to view the total print picture."
