Ancoris nabs Kroll exec Fenton for services push

Google Apps partner appoints former Kroll OnTrack operations director to lead services arm

Google Apps VAR Ancoris has poached former Kroll OnTrack director David Fenton to head up its services operations.

In his new role as services director at Ancoris, Fenton will oversee the firm's customer support and technical deployments, and will also be responsible for growing its services portfolio.

Before joining Ancoris, Fenton worked at data recovery specialist Kroll OnTrack for three years as the firm's operations director. In the past, he has also held senior roles at IBM and CSC.

Fenton said he was looking forward to pushing ahead with Ancoris' cloud strategy.

"Cloud computing is changing the face of our industry and will continue to do so," he added. "A key requirement in this change is the introduction of professionally delivered, responsive services and I am looking forward to using my experience to help Ancoris play a major role in reshaping the market."
