Kelway joins Citrix Platinum club

Integrator is the seventh UK partner to attain Platinum Solutions Advisor status with the vendor

Kelway has bolstered its accreditation tally by becoming a Citrix Platinum Solutions Advisor.

The badge is the highest standard of accreditation awarded by the software vendor and is held by just six other UK partners.

It will give Kelway greater access to Citrix technical resources and pre-launch access to new product releases.

Phil Doye, chief executive of Kelway, said: “In order to provide our clients with an unparalleled expert service, Kelway has achieved the highest levels of accreditation with all major infrastructure vendors.

“Being named a Citrix Platinum Solutions Advisor is confirmation of our position at the forefront of emerging technologies, including virtualisation, networking and SaaS.”

Andy Eccles, chief technology officer at Kelway, added: “We passionately believe in the importance of having highly qualified architects, consultants and engineers in-house. All Citrix Platinum Solutions Advisors are required to have two Citrix Certified Integration Architects (CCIA), which is Citrix’s highest level of individual technical accreditation. Kelway has seven CCIAs – more than any other Citrix partner in the UK.”

Kevin Bland, UK, Ireland and South Africa channel director at Citrix, said: “Citrix Platinum Solutions Advisor status is by invitation only, offered to our most innovative and strategic partners.

“Kelway has shown great initiative in grasping virtual computing as a concept important to the future of IT, which was ultimately integral to our decision to award the Platinum status. With a Citrix elite-trained sales team, excellent technical understanding of our technologies and an inherent ability to devise strategic solutions for its customers, Kelway is a truly visionary solution provider.”
