Nimans ups leasing ante
Distributor introduces leasing across entire data infrastructure range for first time
Distributor Nimans claims the launch of a leasing service across its entire data infrastructure range will stimulate reseller order books.
As an example, under the scheme, a £7,500 cable analyser would cost just over £130 a month over a maximum period of seven years, Nimans said.
It stressed the service has no set limits on the amount of stock that can be leased, which it claimed would allow dealers to land not just more sales but also bigger orders.
Nimans' leasing division is underpinned by some big-name finance firms, it added.
Peter Owen, data installation business manager at Nimans, said the service would allow resellers to take the financial heat off cost-conscious customers.
"Times are tough so we want to offer resellers a range of compelling financial solutions which are much more appealing than upfront cash investments for themselves and their customers – from cabling and routers to test equipment and cabinets," he added.
