Synaxon pairs up with Autotask
Partnership gets off to a good start with chief executive Mark Cattini due to speak at Synaxon conference next month
Dealer group Synaxon has linked up with Autotask, giving its members access to the vendor’s portfolio of cloud-based offerings.
Under the terms of the deal, Autotask's products will be available through the Egis procurement platform.
Derek Jones, managing director of Synaxon UK, said: “Autotask is a solution that we want to encourage our members to adopt. It enables them to keep track of all their customers and support activities and drive higher levels of customer service.
“The whole ethos of Synaxon is about helping resellers to do business better and it is our firm belief that they can take a massive leap forward by adopting Autotask’s solution.”
Mark Banfield, managing director international at Autotask, said: “The work Synaxon is doing with its members in the UK is exemplary. We have been impressed with the capabilities of Egis and the benefits it delivers to resellers.
“By making use of the capabilities of Egis in harness with the Autotask platform, resellers can streamline their purchasing processes, drive higher levels of efficiency and deliver improved service to their customers,” he claimed.
In separate news, Synaxon has confirmed that Autotask chief executive Mark Cattini will address its members at its conference in Crewe next month.
Cattini will fly in from New York to talk about ways to make business easy within the IT sector.
