Eclipse: We have made broadband worth selling again

Business ISP claims to offer far better margins than rivals

Business ISP Eclipse claims to provide the tools necessary for resellers to rapidly increase their profit margins.

Henry West, channel manager, Eclipse Internet said: "For many resellers, broadband has become a tactical commodity sale with low margins, high risks and huge hassle. Our prices create a marketing opportunity that gives resellers a competitive edge, making broadband worth selling again."

The internet provider aims to grow reseller margins on new and migrating customers, following an announcement in June this year.

Developing a DSL tool dubbed Eclipse Sentinel, the company aims to let resellers monitor all of their Eclipse connections. The tool has also been developed to give users the chance to view individual exchanges and connections, helping to reduce the occurrence of problems, and creating a focus on customer service.

The basic partner-only Eclipse broadband package features 10Mbit/s upload and 40Mbit/s download speeds, with usage options for 50Gb, 100Gb and unlimited broadband.

Clodagh Murphey, director, Eclipse Internet said: "On comparable commercial terms alone we believe it makes Eclipse the best choice for resellers seeking maximum margins on superfast fibre broadband."
