Just Lamps refreshes mobile website

Mobile application as "easy to use" as main site, distributor claims

Projector lamp distributor Just Lamps is launching a new mobile version of its award-winning website for resellers.

Simon Kitson, European sales and marketing manager at Just Lamps, said the aim of the redesign has been to keep engagement simple wherever possible.

"Once logged in, it takes three clicks to find a specific projector model, check stock availability, see the trade price, find the specification, and see a picture of the lamp," said Kitson.

The company said it believes the mobile application will be as easy to use as the main Just Lamps site. Any registered user can check stock availability and pricing on the go, and account holders can place orders.

"We see this facility helping resellers to improve the service they offer to their customers. If an engineer or sales person is on site and a lamp is needed, it can be ordered on the spot – and if it's in stock it will be with the end user the following day," promised Kitson.

Just Lamps will officially launch the new site at the big Integrated Systems Europe audiovisual products show in Amsterdam this week, at booth 1H100.
