Cygnia moves to new digs
Brummie security VAR outgrows office after hitting £3m turnover
Boutique security VAR Cygnia has moved into new premises after growing 40 per cent last year.
Since it was founded in 2007 by a nucleus of ex-Netstore and Network SI staff, the Oldbury-based Check Point partner's turnover has swelled to £3m.
Managing director Jon Busfield said the new office, which is four times larger, would accommodate the firm's plans to add to its sales and administrative headcount this year.
"We plan to grow another 25 per cent this year," he said.
Check Point forms the backbone of Cygia's offering and also works with emerging security vendors including LogRhythm, FireEye and Varonis.
"We are a traditional security boutique – we don't do networking or applications," Busfield said.
