C2000 moves into new home

Distribution giant relocates to swanky new premises a mile up the road

Computer 2000 has completed its move into shiny new premises just a mile from its old offices.

The distribution behemoth has relocated from the Intec site in Wade Road where it has lived for the past 18 years, to a new 48,000 square-foot office building (pictured) at Chineham Park, Basingstoke.

Its new premises will provide not only an improved working environment and better facilities for its staff and partners, but will give the distributor the room it needs to realise its future ambitions.

Peter Hubbard, managing director UK and Ireland of C2000, said: "Our future strategy is built around sustainable growth and we needed better-quality offices to support those plans. We wanted to stay within Basingstoke to make any move easier for our staff.

"We also wanted somewhere that would be a great place for us to take our customers and partners and Chineham Park fits the bill in every respect.”
