Dell launches latest channel training lab
Eindhoven-based lab will be open to all EMEA partners with courses available in English, French, German and Dutch
Dell has opened the doors to its latest training lab in Eindhoven to help its EMEA channel partners brush up on their Compellent storage skills.
The vendor claims the new lab – which has been completely refitted with new hardware, cooling and power systems ahead of its official opening – is part of Dell’s continued commitment to its channel.
It offers two dedicated Dell Compellent training courses: a four-day storage overview course, enabling partners to install Dell Compellent hardware at a customer site, and a reauthorisation course to be completed one year after the initial overview.
Courses are available in English, French, German and Dutch. Spanish and Italian courses will be added by the end of 2012.
Kathy Schneider, executive director of channel marketing and programs for Europe at Dell, said: "This Dell Compellent lab is exclusively for EMEA partners. We’re continuing to invest in training, and this is the first facility of its kind in Europe specifically for partners.
"We listen to our partners and increased availability of training courses is regularly mentioned as an area they want to see more. This adds to Dell’s offering of enhanced customer benefits and new opportunities for our partners."
