Man and Machine hires new sales director

Cisco's Phil Read to drive next stage of UK growth and work directly with customers

Autodesk partner Man and Machine has appointed industry veteran Phil Read as sales director for the UK.

Jasmine Gledhill, marketing director at Man and Machine, said the firm has distributed Autodesk for 20 years and is now looking to "transfer its strengths" into the reseller arena. Read, who most recently had a post at Cisco UK as operations director, will assist in this goal.

"Read joins the company at an important time in our development and will be an invaluable asset," she said.

Read has 21 years of experience, including senior roles at BT and in business development.
