Avnet launches around-the-clock helpdesk
Distribution giant claims service will help resellers save money by outsourcing some of their support offerings, or upscaling their existing offering
Avnet Technology Solutions has unveiled a 24-hour helpdesk management service for its UK business partners, allowing them to expand existing support offerings for their customers.
As a result, resellers are able to offer around-the-clock support, seven days a week and 365 days a year.
The service has come about following recent collaboration with a managed services business partner that has saved money by outsourcing its out-of-hours customer service to Avnet.
