Westcoast offers Mini sweetener to partners
Distributor has a Mini Cooper up for grabs for resellers who renew their Microsoft licensing
Westcoast is hoping to drive up sales in Microsoft licensing and renewals by offering a brand-new Mini Cooper to resellers with expiring software licences.
Under the cleverly phrased "Drive Your Microsoft Renewals" incentive, all resellers who purchase Microsoft licensing are being encouraged to renew their expiring Open, Open Value, OVS and OVS ES licences with Westcoast.
Each time they renew a licence they earn a raffle ticket to go into the draw to win the car.
Ben Feurtado, Microsoft business manager at Westcoast, said: "The purpose of this incentive is not only to drive the renewals business at Westcoast, but also educate resellers about the growing revenue opportunities that lie within Microsoft licences and annuity streams in products and services."
The incentive, which is open to Westcoast customers only, runs until 5 July 2012.
Westcoast's incentive is running alongside Microsoft's Time is Now campaign – a UK-wide drive to encourage customers to renew their licence agreements and adopt a customer life cycle management strategy.
