Amor feels the public sector love

Integrator hails strong financial year after winning place on Scottish government framework

Services player Amor Group is celebrating a strong financial performance on the back of its place on the new Scottish government IT managed services framework (ITMS).

The firm has claimed the crown of most successful supplier on the framework in terms of deal value, bagging contracts worth £3.5m.

It has also strengthened its public services team with two new appointments: Alastair Rennie as principal IT management consultant, and Sarah Emslie as public services sales director.

Alastair O’Brien, public services sector director at Amor Group, said: “Our current pole position as the most successful supplier on the ITMS framework is testament to our innovative approach to creating outstanding solutions for our customers. “The appointments of Alastair and Sarah demonstrate our need to expand in this area and they will help us go from strength to strength as we develop our public services offerings.

“We have continued to work exceptionally hard since being awarded a place on the framework last year, and securing a number of key contracts with the likes of the Scottish government and British Waterways Scotland reflects this.”
