Azlan says Pro(duct) Selector

Networking and storage arm of Computer 2000 gives SMBs a helping hand with latest service

TDAzlan has unveiled a service to help Cisco's SMB resellers find the right solutions for their customers.

The SMB Product Selector enables resellers with little or no experience of the extensive Cisco product line to offer their smaller customers enhanced levels of service, and find the products they need with minimum hassle, Azlan claimed.

Product Selector navigates the reseller though all the options available from Cisco's wide range of switches, routers, security solutions, wireless access points and IP phones, and is fully integrated into C2000's Intouch system, allowing orders to be placed straight away.

Although aimed at Cisco's SMB range presently, Azlan plans to extend the initiative to cover other areas in the future, it claimed.

David Harvey, EMEA director of business development at Azlan, said: "This is another example of how Azlan is making it easier for Cisco partners to do business. The Cisco Product Selector makes it easier for resellers who have little or no experience of the Cisco product range to choose the right products for their SMB customers, and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

"We try to make it as easy as possible for Cisco Partners at all levels to do business with Azlan and this is just another example of how our continued investment and innovation is making a real difference for Cisco and its resellers."

This launch is the latest in a number of new initiatives and programmes launched by Azlan in recent months. In March it unveiled its AutoQuote feature for its Cisco SMARTnet quoting, ordering and contract management platform, Felix. Earlier this year Azlan also extended its configure-to-order services to cover Cisco's UCS range of datacentre solutions.
