Support for VARs beefed up at Midwich Security
New services to support security division resales
Midwich has launched a range of security support services.
According to the distributor, its Advantage range of services is about keeping customers abreast of developments in security. The services will be available to installers, integrators and resellers and offer "complete pre- and post-sales support".
Mark Thomas, director of Midwich Security, said the security market is constantly changing, which means it can be harder for channel partners to keep up to date.
"We have a responsibility to our customers to do all we can to help keep them up to date with developments. Our range of courses is wide and is aimed at varying skill levels, so we can feel pretty confident that we have got the mix just about right," said Thomas in a statement released today.
The Advantage support services include IP training, network design and support, system design and support, pre-build and configuration, commissioning and in-house marketing around its access and surveillance portfolio.
According to Midwich, security training is available at its facilities in Diss, Norfolk, and Crowthorne, Berkshire. Support will be available around the clock. Midwich Security is a division of the audiovisual, print and imaging distributor.
