Management quartet departs Daisy
Bosses of Daisy acquisition Murphx head for pastures new after completing earn-out
Four management heads have left Daisy Group following the expiry of an earn-out agreement relating to a recent acquisition.
Carl Churchill, Richard Jay, Ben Murphy and Nicki Jay made up the former management team of ISP Murphx, which was acquired by Daisy in 2010 and subsequently integrated into Daisy Wholesale.
Paul Burton will join the existing board of directors in the post of interim managing director.
Daisy Group CEO Matt Riley maintained that channel growth is still a priority despite the departing heads.
He said: "The strategy of the wholesale business will be to continue focusing on helping our resellers grow, allowing them to develop their own businesses through our channel-leading propositions, backed with the support and training of our pre-sales and customer service teams.
"In announcing these changes to the Daisy Wholesale business, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Carl, Richard, Ben and Nicki for their efforts during their time with Daisy Wholesale and wish them each well for the future."
