Steljes appoints head of merged marketing department
Natalie Harris brings years of channel experience to new role
Distributor Steljes has named channel marketing manager Natalie Harris as its new head of marketing, leading a merged channel and end user team.
According to Martine Dodwell-Bennett, sales and marketing director at Steljes, this is a newly created position that forges its channel and end-user marketing teams into one marketing department, with one head.
"Harris's experience in working with the UK channel has given her a unique insight into how we can further improve the service we offer. Her focus and determination, together with her expertise in both sales and marketing, are exactly what is needed," she said.
Dodwell-Bennett said one of the senior managers, Ami Randhawa, had left the company early in the year and was not replaced.
Steljes saw this as an opportunity to restructure the two teams in a way that allowed them to blend learning, knowledge and expertise from the channel and end users, Dodwell-Bennett said.
"The overall headcount of the new team will be the same," confirmed Dodwell-Bennett. "We would like to be more joined up with our end user and channel marketing."
Harris (pictured) has worked at Steljes for six years, in both a sales and marketing capacity. She has also worked in sales at Sony Business and Fujitsu Siemens.
