m-hance bags Dynamics first
VAR becomes the first to embed the software into its own social networking offering in landmark deal
VAR m-hance is claiming a Microsoft first after sealing a deal with the software giant to embed Dynamics GP into its own social networking solution.
The firm, which was formed after seven mid-market players merged into one giant player in 2011, says the deal makes it a one-stop shop for the Microsoft Dynamics GP community when its AX and CRM capabilities are taken into account, along with its own range of document management, cloud invoicing and mobile applications.
Andrew Hayward, managing director of m-hance, said: “m-hance is now effectively the key provider of business software solutions to mid-sized organisations and the largest Microsoft Dynamics partner in the UK and Ireland.
“This key alliance speaks volumes for the power and professionalism of our organisation and will enable us to strengthen our sector focus around a much loved and trusted solution. We have already demonstrated our ability to execute rapid, collaborative expansion of the core functionality as recently evidenced with the launch of our cloud-based eInvoicing solution. Our customers can look forward to further innovation in the near future, with further announcements to follow in the coming months,” he said.
Hayward added: “With the depth of support, consultancy and experience m-hance can now offer, in conjunction with our new solutions, all customers, partners and end users can be reassured that they will all benefit as a result of this significant development.”
Fred Studer, general manager of the business solutions group, worldwide sales, marketing and operations at Microsoft, said: “Microsoft and m-hance share a common goal in making it easy for customers to use our products and enjoy the best possible customer experience. With their experience, significant customer reach and excellent reputation, m-hance brings real strength to this strategic relationship. As a result of having m-hance play a lead role in the UK Microsoft Dynamics GP community, the future for Microsoft Dynamics GP is brighter than ever.”
