Nvest to deliver LG digital signage training

Channel trainer adds another speciality to its syllabus

Audiovisual industry trainer Nvest has inked a deal with LG to offer accredited training for that vendor's SuperSign digital signage product.

Pip Thomas (pictured), managing director of Nvest, said the product answers the needs of SMB retail and commercial customers.

"Our training helps resellers to communicate that potential and enables customers to unlock that potential through effective use," she said.

End users as well as resellers and distributors will be offered training in the form of half-day sessions, Nvest said in its announcement. The company has trained staff for the likes of Midwich, Micro-P and PSCo.

Christopher Ault, distribution account manager of LG Electronics UK, said the aim was to ensure resellers and end users have the support and technical training they need.

"With sales of SuperSign continuing to grow, we believe that it is crucial that clients get maximum impact from their investment," Ault said.

He added that LG had been "thoroughly impressed" with Nvest's technical knowledge and its ability to create "captivating yet concise" courses.
