VCW partnership is out of this world for AlienVault

Security vendor signs UK distribution deal

AlienVault has signed up VCW Security as a UK distribution partner.

The vendor's flagship product, the Unified Security Management (USM) platform, is a management console which combines about 30 open source tools. The Shropshire-based distie will provide training, joint marketing and demand generation programmes.

Mike Hemes, regional director of northern Europe for AlienVault, said: "The dedication that VCW is showing towards their customers as well as their suppliers ensures our new partnership will turn into a long-term relationship."
